Kianna Paul is a graduate student at Long Island University pursuing a Master of Science in School Psychology. She has experience supporting young learners as a teacher’s assistant and first-grade teacher, in addition to her experience as an administrative assistant supporting daily operations. Kianna is committed to helping students and educators thrive by promoting inclusive, culturally responsive environments. Her background and passion for serving people of color and immigrant communities guide her work. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new foods and traveling.
In her role as Administrative Assistant, Kianna serves as the operational backbone of the organization, managing the critical logistics of the end-to-end professional development (PD) cycle and ensuring full CTLE compliance. She oversees the essential documentation, procurement processes, and administrative structures that ensure SAL remains contract-ready and audit-ready for all district-level partnerships.
