Program Assistant
Alaina DiSalvo is s a current Master’s student in the Women’s and Gender Studies program at the CUNY Graduate Center. She earned her Bachelor’s summa cum laude in 2024 from Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College CUNY, double-majoring in Classical Studies and Gender Studies. Prior to joining SAL Consulting, Alaina interned at organizations focused on historical education and advocacy, including the New-York Historical Society and Legal Momentum. A prolific writer with recent publications in peer-reviewed journals, she plans to pursue a PhD to extend her academic rigor into professional practice.
As Program Assistant, Alaina oversees the Master Classroom Duplication Standard Operating Procedures and manages the technical deployment of digital infrastructure to ensure seamless institutional onboarding and data governance. She plays a vital role in architecting SAL’s evolving professional learning ecosystem, supporting the development of AI-integrated instructional tools and the forthcoming database of professional learning resources. Alaina also leads the data-driven refinement of the Inquiry Tools Library, translating district-facing research and participant analytics into scalable curriculum frameworks and educator training pathways.
